The Future of Innovation Journalism: A Roundtable Discussion

As traditional media such as glossy magazines and daily newspapers struggle to redefine their niche in today’s multimedia culture, a new form of journalism is growing. Innovation journalism, reporting and writing about innovation, is becoming an increasingly important part of the technological and business media. This summer SCIL hosted a roundtable discussion undertaken by media and innovation heavyweights to explore the future of innovation journalism, a new beat which allows consumers to follow and understand the development of new ideas, goods, services and practices vital to economic growth.

A DVD of the roundtable discussion will be available for purchase on Oct. 31. Those interested in obtaining a copy should send email to: dn@innovationjournalism.com to be added to the announcement list.
